• Last minute changes may result in an additional fee. (See pricing list.)

• We can most easily accommodate changes that do not fundamentally change the structure of the event/services or the languages needed.

• We may NOT be able to accommodate changes that:

  • Require additional linguists with less than 5 days notice.

  • Require new languages with less than 5 days notice.

  • Require languages other than English, Haitian Creole, Spanish, Portuguese, French, or ASL.

We accommodate rush requests if possible, based on linguist availability and the complexity of the request. Rush requests incur additional fees. (See pricing list for rush fees)

Translation, etc: Standard translation requests of 5000 words or less are generally completed within 7 days. Translation requests requiring extensive formatting (PPT, charts, images, etc), voice-overs, subtitles, and transcription requests may have longer delivery times.

Interpreting: Requests for virtual interpreting services for English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or ASL generally require 5 - 7 working days (Mon - Fri) notice. Please allow for enough time so that projects that are time sensitive can both be completed.  Request for other languages are only available for ongoing clients with a contract for at least 3 months of services.
